We’re excited to introduce Coach Shaun, the lead trainer and founder of Optimal Fitness Solutions. Shaun brings over a decade of experience in personal training and fitness management, along with ISSA certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Corrective Exercise, to guide clients toward their health and performance goals.
Shaun specializes in total-body strength training and functional fitness, creating workouts that challenge all planes of motion to enhance overall strength and mobility. Each session is unique and creative, designed to engage clients of all fitness levels and keep workouts fresh and fun. He also loves running small group training, combining expert coaching with a motivating, interactive environment.
Outside of the gym, Shaun enjoys building community, meeting new people, and organizing fun, interactive fitness experiences. His dedication to holistic fitness and connection makes him an ideal guide for anyone looking to improve strength, endurance, and overall health.
